Membership Survey Results

posted on Apr 8, 2024

Dear NCP Members,

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we present the report of the 2024 Membership Survey, conducted to gather invaluable feedback. As we approach the 20th Anniversary of the formation of NCP (2025), the report plays an essential role in shaping the future trajectory of our Center.

The survey, conducted to evaluate member satisfaction, enhance communication channels, foster increased engagement, and identify key organizational priorities, received 88 responses, around 30% of the total membership. Each response represents a voice within our community, contributing to a collective effort in steering NCP toward continued growth. We know it was a long but necessary survey, and the information we gathered required many resources. We were assisted by AI tools for fast and impartial data processing, followed by an extensive review and edits by our Executive Director, Amber McClarin, and myself.

We have gained insights into various aspects of our organization, including member satisfaction levels, communication effectiveness, areas of improvement, and emerging challenges. Hopefully, these insights will serve as a compass, guiding us toward making informed decisions and implementing initiatives that best align with our members' needs and aspirations. We extend our sincerest gratitude to each member who took the time to participate in the survey and to the staff and members who helped assemble the survey.

Again, thank you for your support, dedication, and commitment to the New Center for Psychoanalysis.

Warm regards,

Luis A. Nagy, FIPA
