January 2022 President's Message

posted on Jan 8, 2022

Happy New Year, NCP members.

It’s been a good year for us in many ways, with much to look forward to in this coming year despite the COVID situation. I’m sure you are all excited to return soon to the new building and see one another again. Those who attended the holiday garden party got a glimpse. I’m incredibly proud of our Board and particularly our staff for supporting efforts to make NCP a beautiful home. It will serve us well. We have a big agenda for this coming year – resolving our credentialing status, preparing to say goodbye to Cecilia, welcoming a new Executive Director, and new programs and potential partnerships that are being created. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to several of our devoted and dear members who passed away this past year, most recently Rina Freedman and Esther Fine.

I hope everyone stays safe during these next troublesome COVID months. I assure you it will not prevent the Board, EC, Program Directors, and all those that work hard to keep our Institute thriving. I cannot thank those volunteers enough for giving so much of their time to NCP. Thank you.
