The first phase of this process to apply to the state for approval to operate included: reviewing the scope of work, identifying the required materials and information, creating an internal and external work plan, beginning to gather needed addenda, reviewing our current syllabi and policies, setting up working meetings, adapting program templates, and distributing an overview of the basic elements needed for the NCP Training Catalog to all program directors, writing program overview information.
Entering a second phase now includes a deeper dive into individual syllabi, data needs/record-keeping compliance, and anticipating a third-party financial review. While we work on the materials needed for the all-program NCP Catalog that is in process, we are creating internal infrastructure to be in compliance, and streamlining much of our training program operations.
Ongoing meetings with Educational Advisors Inc. (EAI) are continuing. Criteria being reviewed and garnered include:
- Syllabi and program information
- Student and faculty record keeping
- Policies and procedures addenda
