Glenn Mowbray, MFT, Psy.D. FIPA is a former radio host, popular speaker, and faculty member in the Adult and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Programs at The New Center for Psychoanalysis in LA, where he has taught Klein, The Contemporary Kleinians of London, Bion, Infant Observation, and Clinical Case Conference. He has taught Psychiatry residents at UCLA and supervised those at USC and interns at WILA (Wright Institute of LA) . He has presented at international Bion and Frances Tustin Conferences and spoken at the 1st International Psychoanalytic Conference in Iran and at the 7th and 8th International China Psychoanalytic Conferences.

He specializes in teaching, consulting and practicing Psychoanalysis with Chinese Psychotherapists, and has served CAPA (Chinese American Psychoanalytic Alliance) as Interim President, Chair of Admissions, and currently as Vice President. He has chaired presentations of papers and presented his clinical cases at the 2009 and 2011 International Bion and 2014 Frances Tustin Conferences, the 1st International Iranian Congress on Psychoanalysis in 2013, and the 7th International Congress on Psychoanalysis in China in 2021.

He is the 2013 recipient of the Elyn R. Saks Scholarship for research into schizophrenia and other psychotic states. Dr. Mowbray maintains his private practice online, serving the international community with psychoanalysis, clinical consultation, and teaching.
