Tuition, Fees & Financial Aid: Adult Psychoanalytic Training Program
Applications can be submitted at any time; however, acceptance for the upcoming Fall semester cannot be guaranteed to anyone who applies after July 31.
One-time Application Fee (Waived if received by June 15)
Annual Administrative Fee (For all Clinical Associates)
Annual Tuition (Years 1-4): $2,400
Annual Post-Seminar Tuition (Year 5 through graduation): $1,000
for NCP's withdrawal, on-leave, drop, and refund policies.
Tuition fees include:
* Enrollment in all classes as scheduled
* Mentorship, case writing tutorials
* Voting NCP membership starting in the second year of training
* Personal subscription to the PepWeb, required course materials, and access to the NCP Library
Students also receive discounts on NCP programs and are eligible to apply for travel stipends to IPA and APsaA conferences. Installment payment plans are available.
Scholarships may be available for students with financial need. For an application, email Tina Walters at firstname.lastname@example.org. Scholarship requests for admitted students are reviewed by a subcommittee and approved annually by the NCP board.
Graduates of NCP’s Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Certificate Program are eligible for 40% in tuition reduction for their first and second year of Analytic Training. Students must enroll within two years of their graduation.
NOTE: Training analysis fees are negotiated between the student and training analyst, as are fees for supervision.
