Bio/Background:

I earned my BA and MA in Counseling Psychology from Cal Poly Humboldt. My psychoanalytic training began at The Alamo Psychotherapy and Training Center, leading me to pursue further specialization in the Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy program at NCP.

Having worked with diverse clients in community and private practice settings, my work is rooted in development and attachment. While I love walking (and playing) alongside kids, teens, and families during these rich stages of life, this experience lends itself directly to my work with adults. By exploring how our earliest family dynamics shape us, I work with adult clients to understand complex attachment patterns. I find this approach facilitates healthier connections with others and, most importantly, a more meaningful and understanding relationship with themselves.
